I am and always have been, a guide. For over a decade as a raft and mountain guide, as an entrepreneur, a best selling author and for the last 16 years as a residential Realtor serving my community in Placerville and the surrounding El Dorado County foothills. I guide people through the process of achieving their American Dream. Whether that means selling their current home, to move on or up, or helping buyers to get their dream home, it is my personal mission to guide my clients through every step of the process of buying and selling, so they don’t get lost along the way.
I don’t run a high-volume, churn and burn real estate company. Having lived in El Dorado County for over 20 years, I love it! My family stays here for the community and for all the opportunities to get out into nature and adventure. There is no better place to be for any outdoor pursuits than El Dorado County. I have long advocated that we should have the Placerville city sign read “The gateway to adventure.” I know these communities inside and out which prepares me well to be your real estate agent. Having lived in this area has also given me access to the surrounding counties; Sacramento, Amador and Placer. These are all areas I love to work and recreate in.
For me real estate is not, and never has been, a sales career. I don’t have anything to sell to you.
